Tough, Brotherly Love

Check this out, guys! Found this little gem of a sketch while browsing the latest...um... 'punishment' pictures. >///> Cleaned up some of what I could in Gimp and gave it some color. :3 Should'a seen me trying to NOT go overboard with the freckles. x.x;

ANYWHO. I have my own little theory as to why poor little Mickey is in this situation, but I'm more interested to hear what you guys think happened. And also any tips that y'all might have. ^^
